Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a really nice and very comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were renovated, spacious, and furnished in a modern decor with a huge TV, which was impressive. The friendly and professional service added to my enjoyment of the stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the dining experience was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, it was a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delightful and disappointing experiences. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, but I encountered some issues with the heating in the hallway and room. On the bright side, the complimentary continental breakfast, evening appetizers, and variety of beverages provided a nice touch. However, the service was a bit of a letdown with rude staff overshadowing the exceptional individual who went above and beyond to return my daughter's lost stuffed animal. The location was superb for exploring the historic district and enjoying local attractions, although I expected more from the dining experience despite having some good options available.
My stay at the Sheraton was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel didn't disappoint with its convenient location near cultural sites and restaurants, offering great views and a serene atmosphere. However, the lackluster dining options left much to be desired with cold and uninspiring breakfast choices.
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, making our stay great, with the only issue being poor TV reception on most stations. The friendly service was accommodating to our needs, and while not cheap, not having to worry about parking was a plus. The location was perfect, surrounded by everything we wanted to visit in Philadelphia, though it was quite loud at times. The dining experience wasn't good, especially for the $16 cost per person, with insufficient coffee available in the executive lounge.
